Registration for Tour of NREL's Energy Systems Integration Facility

*** Limited to 40 attendees -- DABE members are given first priority, and tour spots will be given on a first come, first served basis for those who register. Each DABE member may bring one guest, and there is a limit of three individuals from each organization.You will receive notification whether you have a spot on the tour. It is important that you attend your tour if you RSVP so that the limited spots available do not go unfilled.***

NREL's Energy Systems Integration Facility (ESIF) is the nation's premier facility for research, development, and demonstration of the components and strategies needed to optimize our entire energy system. ESIF was strategically designed to meet crucial research objectives for integrating clean energy technologies into the grid in a way that is safe, efficient, cost-effective, and respectful to the surrounding environment. The ESIF also has unique capabilities to support the integration of energy carriers such as electricity, thermal, fuels, and water with infrastructure such as transportation and communications.

Due to space capacity, the tour will be limited to the first 40 people who RSVP. Priority for tours will be given to DABE members. If there are spots remaining after DABE members have had a chance to RSVP, nonmembers will be invited to select the remaining spots on the tours. There will also be a waiting list in case individuals cancel. The reception and presentation is open to all members and nonmembers, regardless of whether they attended the tour.
