Colorado's Blue Book is the state's nonpartisan voter guide, prepared by Colorado Legislative Council Staff (LCS). It provides information about statewide ballot measures, including what each measure would do, arguments for and against, and potential fiscal impacts.
LCS staff will provide an overview of key statewide measures appearing on the ballot, with a special focus on tax- and revenue-related measures.
