DABE will be hosting its summer event on the afternoon of July 25. The theme this year is the economic impact of the arts. The event will feature an exciting, guided eTuk tour (etukride.com) of the RiNo Art District, followed by a reception and panel discussion on the economic impact of the arts at RedLine Contemporary Art Center (redlineart.org). Unfortunately, all tour spots have been taken, but there is still plenty of room available for the reception and panel discussion.

The schedule of events is as follows:

4:30 - Meet at RedLine for eTuk Ride Tour (2350 Arapahoe St, tour capped at 25 individuals)

4:45-5:45 - RiNo Arts Tour (Arrive back at RedLine afterwards)

5:50-6:00 - Introduction to RedLine Contemporary Art Center

6:00-6:30 - Networking, touring the gallery, heavy apps, drinks

6:30-7:30 - Panel Discussion

7:30-8:00 - Closing

Panelists:

Christin Crampton Day (Colorado Business Committee for the Arts)

Jamie Giellis (RiNo Art District)

Christine Costello (Colorado Creative Industries)

Michael Seman (moderator) (University of Colorado Denver)

The summer event is an opportunity for us to thank our DABE members, who are eligible to attend the event for free. Non-members are more than welcome to attend, but we ask that they pay the same registration fee as they do for our monthly luncheons. If you would like to attend the summer event free of charge, this is a great chance to sign up as a member on our membership page before clicking on the reception registration link below.
